I love pizza, but it is hard to find a pizza with a good gluten free crust! But, this 2 ingredient, gluten free pizza dough is not only simple to make, it is healthy too— made with gluten free baking mix and plain yogurt! It is so quick and easy to make… and so tasty you won’t even know it’s gluten free!
I don’t always eat gluten free. I don’t have full blown celiac, but I have test results that indicate a “gluten intolerance.” I’m not sure exactly how they differ, but I have to tell you that from personal experience, I feel soooo much better when I eat gluten free.
Usually, I would just use a pizza mix, but this is so easy, there is no need! Literally, all you do is mix the yogurt and the gluten free baking mix together (of course, you can use regular flour if you don’t need the gluten free option), keeping the ratio equal, 1 part yogurt to 1 part flour. It is a fairly sticky mixture, so you will need to use water on your hands to press into the pan.
And, normally, I would use store bought pizza sauce. However, with all of the delicious, fresh garden produce available right now, I already had some fresh tomato sauce to use!
So good!
