Are you looking for a quick, easy, and elegant dessert for your next holiday party?  These peanut butter and chocolate Ritz cracker sandwiches are the perfect dessert!  Besides the fact that they are so easy to make, this sweet and savory treat is sure to be a crowd pleaser.  Of course, I am making and decorating them for Christmas and New Year’s, but they would be great for any gathering year-round.

Making these chocolate covered peanut butter cracker sandwiches is so easy!

Putting these cracker sandwiches together will literally only take a few minutes:

  1. Spread peanut butter on one side of a Ritz Cracker
  2. Make sandwich by covering the peanut butter with another Ritz Cracker
  3. Cover in melted chocolate* and place on wax paper
  4. Decorate as desired
  5. Allow chocolate to set
  6. Serve and enjoy!

*you can use a double broiler to melt the chocolate ~ or ~ microwave at half power, in 30 second increments until melted

Here’s a quick video tutorial of how to make these sweet and savory dessert cracker sandwiches:

One of the things that I love the most about these, is that you probably already have everything that you need to make them! So if you need a last minute dessert or you get home late from work and don’t have time to bake… these will be perfect!
