If you are looking for a quick and simple guacamole recipe that has authentic flavor, you are going to want to try this easy homemade guacamole. This restaurant-style recipe makes it so easy to make an authentic tasting guacamole at home.
One of our favorite food trucks makes the best Mexican food! We follow them on Facebook and anytime they get close—or sometimes not so close—we make a point to stop and get our fill of nachos and tacos! When they changed their menu, and my son’s go-to order “guac dog” was cut, we set out to recreate it at home. He said his favorite parts were the guacamole and corn salsa.
So we went to work trying to find the perfect balance of flavors. These have become staples at our house! So whether you want guacamole for a side dish for taco Tuesday or piled high on a hot dog (or burger or taco), this recipe is perfect!
