These chocolate candies are so quick and easy to make! If making candy or desserts stresses you out, try these! Coconut Almond Clusters, which are kind of a copycat recipe for Almond Joy Bites, are so tasty, you are going to find yourself making these all the time…
Recipe for Almond Joy Bites
Make these in just a few minutes:
⭐️ Melt Milk Chocolate wafers (Make ‘n Mold)—use a double broiler or melt chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30 second increments at 50% power until melted.
⭐️ Add Sweetened Coconut Flakes
⭐️ Add Almond slices
⭐️ Stir until all coconut and almonds are coated.
⭐️ Scoop spoonfuls into mini muffin cups
⭐️ Top with an almond slice
⭐️ Let chocolate set
Add variety to your homemade chocolates
The thing that I really like about making homemade chocolates is that you can really make such a variety so very easy. Instead of adding the coconut and almonds, you could make chocolate peanut clusters, Rice Krispie clusters, pretzel bites… the list is endless! You can add anything you like to the chocolate and then scoop into the bite-sized cups and have yummy, homemade gourmet chocolates.
